My MOST LOVED SUMMER RECIPE from last year: THE ULTIMATE CHIPWHICH! 🍪🍦

Made extra thiccccc with chocolate chip cookie bars and almost 3 quarts of ice cream. AKA my super easy version of the all time best, summer cool down treat!!

You can roll the cookie bar sandwiches in mini chocolate chips, sprinkles to match the occasion (I’m thinking red, white and blue for Memorial Day), nuts, whatever you fancy!!
