Perfect Autumn food.
Garlic Brown Butter Sauce
for 8-9 oz of pasta
3 tbsp unsalted butter
1tbsp minced garlic
1 handful fresh sage leaves
Over medium heat in a sauce pan, melt butter and add garlic. Toss the garlic till it starts to brown. Add in fresh sage leaves to the butter mixture and let them crisp for about 3-4 minutes. Toss with cooked gnocchi.
