"I hardly got anything done I wanted to today, but some days are just like that and you gotta just go with it and enjoy those moments.? I was going to post something different tonight, but instead let me take you back to my 2 INGREDIENT YOGURT BREAD ? (in case you missed it). . 2 flippn' ingredients is all it takes to make the fluffy base, then add whatever mix-in you want!?? . Ingredients: 2 cups *self rising flour 2 cups plain Greek yogurt . Optional Mix-Ins: 1/2 cup frozen blueberries (what I added here), cranberries, chocolate chips, raisins, walnuts, 1 drop of lemon oil. . *DIY self rising flour: If you don't have self rising flour you can make your own by adding 2 tsp baking powder & 1 tsp baking soda to 2 cup regular flour. (GF flour will also work). . . ✏️Mix flour and yogurt well until a sticky dough forms (use hands to kneed). ✏️Carefully fold in whatever mix-ins you want. ✏️Spray a standard bread loaf pan (I used a smaller version, that's why it overflowed) with cooking spray and pour batter into pan. You can also make them into biscuits or muffins instead. ✏️Bake at 350 F for approx. 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. #YeastFree . . . ."

Ingredients

Method

Mix flour and yogurt well until a sticky dough forms (use hands to kneed).

Carefully fold in whatever mix-ins you want.

Bake at 350 F for approx. 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
