ingredients
- 200 gram Poppadum
- 1 medium Tomato
- 1 medium Onion
- 23 sliced Garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
- To Taste Salt
- 1 cups Mustard oil
- 1 medium Potato
Method
Step 1
Put 2-3 spoon mustard oil in pan. Fry papad pieces and set aside. Chop tomato onion and garlic cloves and put them in blender. Make a paste.
Step 2
Cut potato into wedges and fry them in oil. As potatoes become golden add the masala paste. Add 1 tsp Coriander powder 1/2 tsp turmeric powder and salt. Cook till the raw smell of the masala goes away.
Step 3
Add water. As water starts boiling add the fried papad. Sprinkle garam masala powder and finish cooking.
