ingredients
- 200 grams Paneer
- 1/2 inch Ginger
- 1 teaspoons Coriander Powder
- 1 teaspoons Garam Masala Powder
- 1 teaspoons Turmeric Powder
- 1 sliced Tomato
- 100 grams Peas
- To Taste Salt
- To Taste Sugar
- 1/2 cups Vegetable Oil
- 1 teaspoons Curd
Method
Step 1
Wash Paneer slab by soaking in lukewarm water. Take it out after flipping. Repeat this process 3 times. Sprinkle salt on them after cutting into cubes.
Step 2
Pour oil in pan. Fry paneer pieces and set aside after frying.
Step 3
Put tomato slices in a blender. Put the ginger after slicing as well. Add 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder and 1 tsp sugar. Make paste.
Step 4
Put oil in pan. Put the peas. Fry them for 2-3 minutes. Add the paste. Lower the flame and keep tossing.
Step 5
Take a Bowl. Add the curd and 1 tsp Coriander Powder. Make paste. Put the paste in pan. Mix Everything. Lower the flame. Keep cooking till raw smell of masala goes away.
Step 6
Add water next. Add salt and sugar to taste. Add fried paneer pieces once water starts boiling. Mix paneer with the gravy. Lower the flame and cook till water and paneer absorbs the flavour. Sprinkle the remaining garam masala powder and finish cooking.
