ingredients

  • 250 g Bhindi /Okra
  • 1 pieces medium Onion
  • 4 pieces Garlic Cloves
  • 1 teaspoons Garam Masala Powder
  • 1 teaspoons Turmeric Powder
  • To Taste Salt
  • 1/2 cups Oil
  • 4 tablespoons Tomato Puree
  • 1 teaspoons Black Pepper Powder

Method

  • Step 1

    Chop Bhindis into small pieces. Chop onion into thin slices as well. Chop the garlic cloves. Take Tomato puree in a bowl. Add 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder and mix.

  • Step 2

    Pour oil in pan. Put the chopped Bhindis. Add 1 tsp turmeric powder and salt to taste. Fry them.

  • Step 3

    Add the tomato puree paste. Keep frying. Add garlic cloves. Finally add chopped onion slices. Fry them golden. Mix everything and put off the flame.
