ingredients

  • 200 gram Fish Egg
  • 1 cups Potato cubes
  • 1 pieces Onion
  • 1/2 teaspoons Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoons Garam Masala Powder
  • To Taste Salt
  • Mustard oil

Method

  • Step 1

    Put mustard oil in pan. Fry the potato cubes.

  • Step 2

    Chop the onion into slices and put them in pan. Fry them till the onions become golden.

  • Step 3

    Add the Fish Egg. Add 1/ 2 tsp turmeric powder and salt to taste. Mix everything.

  • Step 4

    Add 1 tsp Garam masala powder. Cook for few minutes in low flame.

  • Step 5

    Transfer to a plate and serve.
