Raspberry Honey Spread

  • 1 cup Wesson Plant Butter Original, slightly softened
  • 1/4 cup raspberry jam or preserves
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons mild honey
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt

Method

To assemble:

  • Step 1

    Add the Wesson Plant Butter Original, raspberry jam, honey, lemon zest, and salt to the bowl of a stand mixer (or use a handheld electric mixer and a large bowl).

  • Step 2

    Beat, scraping down the sides of the bowl as necessary, until fluffy and combined. Transfer to a container with a lid and refrigerate until needed.
