- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/3 cup diced white onion
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, plus more to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, plus more to taste
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 (8 ounce) packages refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1/2 pound pulled rotisserie chicken
- 1 (10 ounce) bag Cascadian Farm Organic Frozen Peas & Carrots
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Step 2
In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the onion and garlic, cooking until fragrant, about 3 to 5 minutes.

Add the celery seed, celery salt, salt, pepper, and flour to the skillet, stirring to combine.
Step 4
Gradually pour in the chicken broth, whisking constantly.

Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until the mixture thickens, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

Spray a muffin tin with olive oil.
