ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons powdered monkfruit
  • Chocolate chips

Method

  • Step 1

    Add cottage cheese, nut butter & monkfruit to a blender & blend until smooth.

  • Step 2

    Stir in chocolate chips. Chill 30 minutes or until thick.
