Ingredients:
Serve 1
1 package of instant noodle Nongshim Shin Ramyun hot & spicy
1 cup of Kimchi
3 tbs of Kimchi juice
1 handful spinach or any amount you prefer
1 egg
1/3 cup of frozen corn
1 scallion (thinly sliced)
1-2 fresh Thai chili (if you like it spicy)
1 tbs of oyster sauce
2 cups of water
Instructions:
- Heat 2 cups of water in a pot. When water starts to boil, add noodle. Let it boil for about 1-2 minutes, use fork to spread the noodle apart.
- Turn down to medium heat, add seasoning package that comes with the noodle. Then stir to mix it in.
- Add frozen corn, kimchi, kimchi juice, and oyster sauce.
- Carefully crack an egg into the pot so a yolk doesn't break. Cover the egg with noodle, do not stir. Let it sits for about 1 minute (longer if you want the egg well done).
- Then add spinach, cook for about 30 seconds.
- Pour everything into a bowl and sprinkle it with Thai chili and scallion.
- Add more salt to taste.
