These beauties are now high on the list of “foods to request if I only have a few days left to live” 😃 The exterior is crispy, crunchy, golden-brown goodness rolled in cinnamon sugar. The interior? My God! Golden apple sauce made with crunchy, not overly sweet Evelina apples that still hold their shape and flavor after frying. 👅"
