Maple Spiced Nuts
"Spiced Maple Nuts. They're one of my favourite snacks to have to hand, they're ready in under 15 mins and make the perfect pre & post workout nibble! "

Spiced Maple Nuts

Ingredients:
75g of cashews
75g of almonds
50g of mixed nuts (I used walnuts & hazelnuts)
50g of mixed seeds
1 tbsp of coconut oil
1 tbsp of maple syrup
1 tsp of smoked paprika
1/2 tsp of ground cumin
1/2 tsp of sea salt
pinch of cayenne pepper
pinch of cinnamon

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 100°c (fan). In a pan, add the coconut oil, nuts and seeds and toast for a few minutes on low. Then add the spices and maple syrup and stir until covered. Transfer the mix to a lined baking tray and pop in the oven for 15-20 mins. Leave to cool and store in an airtight container.
