- 10 1/ 2 ounces firm tofu
- 1/ 3 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Kosher salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 1/ 2 cup broccoli florets
- 1 1/ 2 cup green beans, trimmed
In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, 2 tablespoons of garlic powder, sesame seeds, lemon juice. Cut the tofu into 1-inch cubes and then add to the marinade. Let marinade for 10 minutes. Once marinated, drain the tofu, reserving the marinade.
On medium high heat, add a drizzle of oil to a large skillet and add the marinated tofu and cook until golden brown, 4-5 minutes.
Add in the broccoli, green beans and 2 tablespoons of reserved marinade. Cook until the vegetables are bright green and tender, or 3-4 minutes.
Remove from heat, scoop into bowls and enjoy!
