Avocado, Soft Boiled Egg And Tomato Toast

Ingredients

6 bread slices
6 tablespoons labneh cheese (at room temperature)
3 medium boiled eggs
1/2 avocado
2 tablespoons sliced black olives
10 grape / cherry tomatoes

1 garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon roasted sesame seeds
1 teaspoon sea salt flakes
Fresh basil leaves

Directions:

Lightly toast the bread slices on both sides then spread with labneh.

Saute the tomatoes with sea salt flakes, garlick and olive oil for 5 minutes.

Slice the avocado and cut the boiled eggs into half.

Create 3 combinations:
Top with sauteed tomatoes (2)
Top with avocado slices & boiled egg (2)
Top with black olive slices & boiled egg (2)

Drizzle with spicy olive oil. Sprinkle with sea salt flakes, chia & roasted sesame seeds to taste. And top with basil.
