Remembering my times living in Monterrey, Mexico and spending time with @paolaperezc carne asada and a cold beer was the best in those hot summer days, I miss those long chats my friend! The grilled cebollitas and pea shot salad on the side complement this dish perfectly. Hope that you like this as much as I do, it definitely brings back memories of home. "

When I saw this recipe from @holasus I instantly wanted to head to the beach, grab a beer, and have an amazing day with friends! Just look at that Carne Asada. A simple preparation honors all the amazing flavor of that beef!

INGREDIENTS

Sirloin Steak Filling:
1 sirloin steak
Maldon salt


Toppings:
Lime juice, to taste
Oregano, to taste
Parsley, to taste
Rosemary, to taste
Thyme, to taste
Brown butter, for drizzling


DIRECTIONS
Cook steak, in a very hot pan, for a few minutes on each side. Remove from heat and let rest for 10 minutes before cutting.

Serve sliced with a bit of lime juice and the garden herbs. Spoon over a bit of brown butter for that perfect touch.
