Sesame Crusted Tuna With Pac Choi Fried Rice

"SESAME CRUSTED TUNA WITH PAC CHOY FRIED RICE (Free from dairy, egg, gluten, refined sugar)"

INGREDIENTS
2 pieces of tuna
2 Tbsp tamari
1 Tbsp sesame oil
1 Tbsp mirin
1 Tbsp organic honey
1 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 knob of freshly grated ginger
1 clove garlic, grated
1 red chilli, sliced
Black and white sesame seeds, for coating


For the Pac Choi Fried Rice:
1 garlic clove, sliced
1/2 Tbsp white sesame seeds
1/2 Tbsp black sesame seeds
1/2 Tbsp olive oil
1 bunch of pac choi, finely sliced
1 1/2 cups day old steamed rice
1/2 Tbsp sesame oil



DIRECTIONS
Marinate all ingredients together, except sesame seeds, for 1 hour.

Remove the tuna from the marinade and coat in black and white sesame seeds. Cook in a non-stick fry pan, over a medium heat, for a couple of minutes on each side.

For the pac choi fried rice, fry garlic clove, sesame seeds and olive oil for 30 seconds. Add pac choi and fry until wilted. Add rice, toss well and stir with sesame oil.

Serve tuna with pac choi fried rice, srirarcha sauce and fresh coriander. Recipe for our sriracha sauce can be found on our IG page.
