Grapefruit Rosé Spritzer
"Somebody commented on my previous post that they were concerned that finding a cohesive style means having to walk away from certain foods and colors. For example, can you create #warmandearthyfood photos from pinkish grapefruit spritzers?"

Prep time 5mins

  • 1 bottle chilled rosé
  • 33 ounces sparkling water
  • 2 grapefruits, juiced
  • 1 grapefruit, sliced for garnish

  • Step 1

Mix the rosé, grapefruit juice and sparking water (this can be done in advance). Add the slices of grapefruit at the last minute for decoration (adding them too early may create bitterness). You can make this drink virgin by replacing the rosé with more sparkling water and you may also add agave nectar for added sweetness.
