ingredients

  • 4 slices bread, of choice, toasted
  • 1/2 cup hummus
  • 4 radishes, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh dill
  • 2 small avocados, sliced
  • 21/2 cup broccoli sprouts
  • 4 teaspoons sesame seeds
  • Salt and black pepper

Method

  • Step 1

    Spread hummus on toast. Arrange the sliced radishes and fresh dill on top so they stick to the hummus. Top with sliced avocado and broccoli sprouts. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, salt and pepper! Enjoy!
