Noodles
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tablespoons dairy free butter
- Handful of mushrooms
- Noodles of choice
- Coriander, to garnish
- Sesame seeds, to garnish

Sauce
- 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon chili oil
- 1 lime, juiced
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
Method
Step 1
Make sauce by combining all the ingredients, set aside. Cook noodles.
Step 2
Heat butter in a pan, add garlic and mushrooms and cook for few mins before adding the sauce and cooked noodles.
Step 3
Once the noodles are fully coated in the sauce, serve into bowls and garnish with coriander and sesame seeds
