ingredients
- 20 grams bread flour
- 100 millileters milk
Method
Step 1
In a small saucepan, combine flour and milk and heat over medium heat whisking continually until dense. Transfer to a small container and cover with wrap. Let cool down completely before using.

- 300 grams bread flour
- 30 grams sugar
- 5 grams salt
- 5 grams instant yeast
- 6 grams dry milk
- 100 whole milk
- 1 egg
- Tangzhong
- 25 grams butter, room temp
