When I saw this broth, I was excited to try it and see how I can be creative with it. I decided I really wanted pho. I had all the ingredients and some leftover wagyu so I figured, let's try it! ingredients

  • 2 14 oz jars EPIC Bison Apple Cider Bone Broth
  • 1 package of your favorite vermicelli noodles
  • 4 slices of cooked roast beef or protein of your choice
  • 1 tablespoon five spice powder
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic chili sauce
  • 1 watermelon radish
  • 1 package fresh bean sprouts
  • 1 Thai chili or jalapeno, thinly sliced
  • fresh basil, to taste
  • fresh cilantro, to taste
  • hoisin sauce, to taste

Method

  • Step 1

    Bring a pot of water to a boil. Cook rice noodles accordingly to package directions (typically 3 to 6 minutes), drain and set aside.

  • Step 2

    In a pot, bring Epic Bison Apple Cider Stock to a boil. Add five spice, fish sauce, soy sauce, and garlic chili sauce and stir. Cover and simmer over medium-low heat for 5-10 minutes.

  • Step 3

    While broth cooks, peel watermelon radish and slice in half. Slice into half moons.

  • Step 4

    Remove broth from burner and add sliced beef. Let sit for 1-2 minutes until warm.

  • Step 5

    Add noodles to each bowl and cover with hot broth.

  • Step 6

    Add beef, bean sprouts, radish, sliced chili and herbs. Drizzle with hoisin before serving.
