For the Pork Chops:
ingredients
- 4 boneless pork chops
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons dried thyme
- Salt, as needed
- Black pepper, as needed
For the Balsamic Glaze:
ingredients
- 1/2 cup Annie's Organic Balsamic Vinaigrette
- 1/4 cup vegetable broth
- Salt, as needed
- Black pepper, as needed
For the Pork Chops:
Method
Step 1
Mix the olive oil, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper in a small bowl and rub evenly over pork chops.
Step 2
Place pork chops in a zip top bag and refrigerate for at least an hour and a half. Take them out of the fridge half an hour before cooking to allow them to come to room temperature.
Step 3
Preheat oven to 400° F and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Cook for 25 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 155°F.
Step 4
Move pork chops to a cutting board and tent with foil while you make the glaze.
For the Balsamic Glaze:
Step 1
Transfer any drippings from the roasting pan to a medium saucepan. Add the balsamic vinaigrette and vegetable broth.
Step 2
Bring to a boil and allow to cook, stirring often, until reduced by half (about 10 minutes).
Step 3
Slice up your pork chops, drizzle on your glaze and dig in!
