Recipe: (Serves 2)1 cup gluten free rolled oats, 1 1/4 cup fresh almond milk, 1 Tbs chia seeds, 1 Tbs coconut (palm) sugar,dash of vanilla, dash of cinnamon. Mix all together in a glass bowl or jar with lid. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Top with your favorite dried or fresh fruits, seeds and nuts (or chocolate chips) Enjoy!!!
