Serves or Makes: 2



  • 1/ 2 cup Buffalo hot sauce
  • 1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1/ 2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup lettuce, chopped
  • 8 flour tortillas, gluten free if desired
  • 1 1/ 2 cup shredded cheese


  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/ 4 cup dill
  • 1/ 2 cup buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder


  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 350F°. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. In a bowl, mix together Buffalo hot sauce & Greek yogurt. Mix together until combined. Add shredded chicken to a large bowl and pour Buffalo sauce all over. Mix together until chicken is evenly coated.

  • Step 2

    Place 4 tortillas on a baking sheet and place cheese in the center of tortilla. Bake for 5-6 minutes until cheese is melted. Remove from oven and add a second tortilla on top and press down to make sure both the tortillas stick. Place in the oven for another 3-4 minutes.

  • Step 3

    Meanwhile, add all ranch ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth. If you want your sauce to be thicker, add in 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt. Once smooth, add to a small bowl.

  • Step 4

    Remove tortillas from oven. Add Buffalo chicken to each tortilla, followed by lettuce, shredded cheese and a few dollops of the ranch. Serve with fresh lime and enjoy!
