ingredients
- 1 cup cashews (pre-soaked for at least 1 hour)
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 cup homemade or jarred tomato sauce
- 1 pound pasta, prepared according to package directions
Method
Step 1
Blend cashews, water and garlic together in high-powered blender for 2 minutes.
Step 2
Add cashew sauce to tomato sauce and toss with cooked pasta.
Step 3
Garnish with parsley and sea salt.
