- 1/3 cup Cannellini beans, drained
- 1 cup fresh basil
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup toasted pignoli nuts
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- juice of 1/2 lemon

Blend all ingredients together in a blender until a thick, yet spreadable consistency is reached.

- 1/2 roasted red pepper
- 1/4 red onion
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/3 cup roasted tomatoes
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
