ingredients
- 1 can Immaculate Baking Organic Crescent Rolls
- 2/3 cup pecans, chopped
- 8 medjool dates, pitted, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/3 cup almond butter, or nut butter of choice
- 1/3 cup maple syrup, plus more for serving
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2
Mix pecans, dates and cinnamon in a bowl. Add almond butter and maple syrup, stir until well combined.
Step 3
Unroll the Immaculate Baking Organic Crescent Rolls and separate into 8 triangles. Scoop the date mixture onto four of the triangle pieces and leave the remaining four empty. Press the remaining triangles overtop the date pecan mixture triangles and crimp the edges to seal top to bottom.
Step 4
Bake the croissants for 14 minutes, allow to cool. Drizzle with maple syrup and enjoy!
