Cashew Blueberry Cheesecake Bars

"We're currently en route to the beach and I'm wishing we could've packed a few of these super fruity & refreshing No Bake (!!!) LEMON BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE BARS! Okay sorry for yelling, I just got a little excited. I asked if you guys would rather chocolate or blueberry, and much to my surprise, you all said blueberry! No complaints at all because I'm all about fruity everything right now in this hot weather. They're vegan, gluten-free & done totally in the food processor. Made with @lovemysilk's plain dairy-free yogurt that I love oh-so-much! "
