Recipe Card

Base Layer

ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup or 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons almond milk

For Topping

ingredients

  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter

Method

  • Step 1

    Mix all base layer ingredients until well-combined then press into a lined container (I used a 7x4.5 in. container).

  • Step 2

    Melt the dark chocolate and add peanut butter, pour on top of the base layer.

  • Step 3

    Keep refrigerated for at least 3 hours before slicing
