ingredients

  • 1/2 large avocado
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup cacao
  • Pinch of sea salt

Method

  • Step 1

    Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth.

  • Step 2

    Leave to set in the fridge for 30-60 minutes.

  • Step 3

    You can serve these in glasses, top with some fresh berried and shaved chocolate for an impressive dessert.
