Combine gin, lemon juice and cherry syrup from jar and mix well.
Pour ½ ounce of the mixture into the three popsicle molds. Add 2 - 3 cherries to each mold. Place molds in freezer and remaining cocktail mixture in refrigerator.
Once first layer is frozen, add two ounces of club soda to remaining cocktail mixture. Remove frozen popsicle mold from freezer, insert popsicle sticks and divide club soda evenly between molds. Add 2 - 3 more cherries to each popsicle mold. Place mold back in the freezer until solid.
Once frozen solid, frill any remaining room in popsicle molds with plan club soda and squeeze in a few more cherries. Freeze until solid.
