ingredients
- 4 strips bacon
- 1 can Immaculate Baking Organic Crescent Rolls
- 4 eggs
- salt, to taste
- black pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- chives, for garnish
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375ºF.
Step 2
Place bacon on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes until halfway cooked. Set aside.
Step 3
Lay the Immaculate Baking Organic Crescent Rolls dough into 2 squares on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roll edges of the dough to create a crust (so the egg stays in one place). Bake dough for 5 minutes or until dough has risen. Remove from the oven and use a spoon to create 4 divots. Crack an egg into each divot and season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Add bacon on top of egg whites and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake for another 10-15 minutes or until the crust is golden. Remove from over and garnish with chives.
