Lemon Pepper Grilled Artichokes

"Traeger grilled artichokes seasoned with @meatchurch Gourmet Lemon Pepper, and served with a homemade Lemon Remoulade dipping sauce. • • I grew up with artichokes growing wild in the fields around my house. We ate them in so many forms. This was the most ordered appetizer at two restaurant groups I worked for. Needless to say, they have a special place in my heart. They are beautiful and delicious. • • These were steamed and then grilled at 500F on my @traegergrills. Somewhere in California, my mom is jealous of our dinner tonight."
