- 2 1/2 teaspoons matcha green tea powder
- 1 cups unsweetened plant based milk
- 1 cups rolled oats
- 1 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1/4 cups date syrup
- 1 sliced banana
Method
Step 1
Put rolled oats, chia seeds, matcha powder, date syrup, and plant-based milk into a mixing bowl and stir well to combine. Be sure to break up any clumps of matcha powder.
Step 2
Allow the oat mixture to sit for at least 10 minutes. This helps the rolled oats and chia seeds to absorb the plant-based milk.
Step 3
Add matcha oat mixture to your mason jars and top with sliced banana.
