ingredients
- 1 ounce tequila
- 1 ounce fino sherry
- 2 ounces fresh squeezed/strained pineapple juice
- 1/2 ounce fresh squeezed/strained lime juice
- 1/2 ounce allspice syrup
- 2 dashes angostura bitters
- pinch of salt
- club soda
Method
Step 1
Combine all but the soda in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and pour into a tall glass filled 3/4 with crushed ice. Top with club soda, garnish with pineapple leaves or a swizzle stick.
