Vegan Peanut Butter & Chocolate Ice Cream Bars

"Happy Tuesday, everyone! I made 8 Mega-sized Vegan ice cream Snicker bars last night before bed, and then ate one of them for breakfast, because Yolo. . I never really elaborate on how much I love this community. I just feel it all the time and smile big when I see so much encouragement and love and positivity shared between friends to other friends. This is by far my favorite place to share myself and the things I create which are an extension of me. The fact that I can come here everyday and find people just like me, who are so positive and have amazing energy and a great love for food, I feel so so grateful and blessed. So I won't stop sharing (even if I can't keep up with myself and my recipe writing haha) love you guys for letting me do what I love to do!!"
