Recipe Intro From chefmarinie
This tzatziki recipe by @chefmarinie is about to be your new favorite. The refreshing flavor in this yogurt dip comes from freshly grated cucumbers and some of our favorite spring herbs, dill & mint. Before the cucumber is mixed in with seasonings & yogurt, the liquid is strained by hand. This results in a thick, creamy texture.
Enjoy this easy-to-make tzatiki as a dip with your favorite accroutements or use it as a sauce on main dishes.
