ingredients
- 3 peeled and cut into chunks medium potatoes
- 3 tablespoons plain gluten free flour
- 1/2 teaspoon smokey paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 100 ml corn oil
Method
Step 1
Boil or microwave the potato chunks in water until softened.
Step 2
Mash and combine the flour and seasonings.
Step 3
Roll out into a log and cut into rough chunks (approximately 3 cm long), then press down with a fork.
Step 4
Place the oil in a frying pan and heat over a medium heat. Once the oil starts to bubble, gently place the potato pieces and cook on both sides for 2 minutes or until golden brown.
