ingredients
- 400 gram tins coconut cream
- 1/2 cup coco powder
- 300 grams powdered sugar
- 3 tablepoons optional sea salt and caramel powder
- to serve shaved dark chocolate
Method
Step 1
Set 3-4 small ramekins to the side for serving. If you have forgotten to pre- refrigerate your coconut cream tin, place it in the freezer for 10 minutes (don’t forget).
Step 2
Place the chilled coconut cream in the stand of an electric mixer fitted with a whisk attachment (you can also use a hand held whisk). Whisk on medium/high until light and aerated. Add the remaining ingredients and whisk on low until incorporated.
Step 3
Scoop into the ramekins and refrigerate for 30 minutes to an hour. Sprinkle with desired toppings and enjoy.
