Get ready, it's a sweet potato & marshmallow meringue pie in a maple-oat browned butter crust, served with salted pecan @vermontcreamery crème fraîche + burnt miso butterscotch. Quite a mouthful of a recipe, but this is probably one of the most delicious pies I've ever made! Bonus: it can easily be made gluten-free. Also, check out @bliu07's salty honey seed pie, which is equally delicious and nut-free! We shot both these pies together this past Sunday, and it was so much fun (to shoot AND eat!)."
