Collagen Peanut Butter Breakfast Bars

  • 1 cup Cascadian Farm Purely O's
  • 3 tablespoons plain collagen powder
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla bean paste


  • Step 1

    Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.

  • Step 2

    In a medium sized mixing bowl, add Cascadian Farm Purely O's and set aside.

  • Step 3

    Combine collagen powder, honey, and peanut butter in a medium sized pot. Heat over low heat and mix until smooth and thoroughly combined. Remove pan from heat and add vanilla.

  • Step 4

    Turn the peanut butter mixture into medium size bowl of cereal. Mix until evenly coated.

  • Step 5

    Pour mixture into prepared 8x8 baking dish, and press mixture down until gently packed.

  • Step 6

    Refrigerate for 30 minutes and cut into squares. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
