Recipe Description

A croquette is a small, breaded, deep-fried roll typically containing mashed potatoes, ground meat, shellfish, fish, cheese, or vegetables. These are a spin on the croquette, filled with Annie's Mac and Cheese. They are crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside, making them a delicious snack or appetizer. Serve them with a salad for a light lunch or a fun party snack. They can also be enjoyed on their own or dipped in marinara or ranch.
