Ginger Matcha Tea
Hi lovelies! Due to another snowy day, I made some ginger matcha tea.

Matcha ginger tea is one of my favorite drinks for when I’m feeling under the weather. With these snow days, I sometimes come back from shoveling snow shivering (who isn’t?) and I really need something to warm me up. I go directly to the kitchen to brew up some matcha ginger tea, because one sip of it will warm me up within seconds. If you’ve never had ginger tea in any form before, I’d highly recommend it as an immune booster!
Brew a cup of water with two slices of fresh ginger. Bring to a boil and let simmer for 5 minutes. Turn off heat and stir in matcha powder. Drink tea while it’s piping hot!
