ingredients

  • 2 ounces gin
  • 2 ounces fresh lemon juice
  • 1 ounce simple syrup
  • Pulp of 1 Passion Fruit
  • Club soda

Method

  • Step 1

    Combine everything except the Pellegrino in a shaker then strain over ice. Top with Pellegrino, garnish & enjoy
