only have 5 minuets to eat in the morning? Try this very cute 3 minute egg!

For 4 servings:

Ingredients:
1 bunch of fresh asparagus
1/2 lb Bacon
4 large eggs
sea salt
black pepper
Crusty slice bread

Directions:

Snap the woody ends off the asparagus, wash and dry them.
Heat a pan, add bacon and let it cook.Remove the bacon. In the same pan put the asparagus and cook for 3 minutes.

Remove the asparagus.

Put the eggs into a medium pan, cover with water and place over a high heat.

Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 3 minutes for runny eggs.

With a slotted spoon, remove the eggs carefully and place them in the cups.

Take a teaspoon and remove the tops. Serve straight away with asparagus, bacon, salt, pepper on the side.

Add slice bread if you like.
