ingredients
- 1 cup tahini
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon coconut flour
- 1 tablespoon maca powder
- 1 scoop collagen peptides, optional
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

- 1/2 cup chopped dark chocolate
ingredients
For the Chocolate Drizzle (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped dark chocolate
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
Step 2
Mix tahini, coconut sugar, maple syrup, eggs, coconut oil and vanilla extract in a large bowl until well combined. Fold in cocoa powder, coconut flour, maca powder, collagen peptides (if using), baking soda and salt. The batter will be very sticky! Stir in chocolate chips.
Step 3
Spread batter evenly into prepared pan. Use a wet silicone spatula if batter is too sticky. Bake for 18-24 minutes, or until toothpick comes out with a few wet crumbs. Let cool in pan.
