BANANA BREAD RECIPE ???? 500g ripe banana 150ml maple syrup or less if desired. 1tsp cloves 1tsp nutmeg 3 Tbls cinnamon ½ tsp cardamom (optional) ½ cup melted coconut oil * Steps * Mix the above ingredients in a Vitamix or blender until a smooth consistency * Place in mixing bowl, then add: * 1 C ground flaxseed * 1 C ground activated buckwheat * 1 C coconut flour * 4 dates finely chopped (a delicious optional) * ½ C walnuts (a delicious optional) * Mix well with wooden spoon or by hand then add to loaf tin. * Place in dehydrator on 40 degrees for 4 hours then turn out and dehydrate for another 8 hours.
