We are completely in love with the mint ice cubes!

Serves 1

INGREDIENTS
60ml vodka
1 lime, quartered
Ice cubes
Ginger beer
½ cup mint leaves


DIRECTIONS
Muddle lime quarters and vodka in a cocktail shaker. Pour into a glass tumbler, add ice and top with ginger beer. Garnish with fresh mint and serve.

Tip: Freeze mint leaves into large ice cubes and add to summer cocktails.
