Grilled Peaches and Plums with Greek Yogurt, Honey and Mint
Serves or Makes: 2-3 servings
- 2 peaches, quartered
- 2 plums, quartered
- 3/ 4 cup greek yogurt
- mint leaves
Grill the peaches on a barbecue or on a grill pan on the stove.Set cooked peaches aside.
Spread greek yogurt onto a dish.
Top the yogurt with grilled peaches, a drizzle of honey, and a few sprigs of mint.
